SU without Polylang is in 5s.
I turned off SU and is in 10-12s with Polylang plugged in and 5-6s without.
If I include SU and Polylang I get 50s or timeout.

Your plugin and https://pl.www.ads-software.com/plugins/shortcodes-ultimate/ They are heavily burdened and it delays and sometimes completely stop opening and timeout of a website.
