In reply to: [Reseller Store] Plugin V 2.0.7Hello Bryan,
Thanks for letting me know.
Here are 2 other issues that have been going on for sometime, and I am concerned about my client user experience.
1. Client logs into the back end of their account
2. Client comes back to the WordPress site
3. Client adds a product or just wants to go back into the back end for whatever reason they have to login again. This happens every single time.Another issue is:
1. If a client logs out of the site then goes back to the WordPress homepage of the site, it still shows that they are logged in even though they are not?
The site is:
https://www.hotwebdomains.comThank you very much. I appreciate your time and consideration.

In reply to: [Reseller Store] Plugin V 2.0.7Hello Bryan,
Thanks for letting me know about the Beta.
I am having an issue:
1. I watched the video
2. I deleted the previous version of the plugin before I installed the Beta
3. I downloaded, installed, and activated the Beta plugins
4. I used the settings plugin to globally control the Classic layout
5. I am getting “! Internal Server Error” when I click on “Add to Cart”
6. I deactivated the Settings Plugin and set to Classic on the page itself
7. I am still getting “! Internal Server Error” when I click on “Add to Cart”Whether the plugin is set to default or classic I am still getting “! Internal Server Error”
This is on a site with my Super Reseller account not my Pro Reseller site. So there are only 2 product links on the home page. I wanted to test on this site before I moved the Beta to my Pro Reseller account.
Thank you very much. I greatly appreciate your time and consideration.

In reply to: [Reseller Store] Plugin V 2.0.7Hello Brian,
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I do have a separate Super Reseller site setup, and it has the same issues of the Pricing and Add To Cart button appearing above the Product Summary…
I appreciate that you are working on this, including the user not be redirected to add the domain name to the cart. I understand the country issue, but that can be handled when the customer eventually chooses to go the cart. Just like it takes them to the domain options page providing the user with the option to make their domain Private.
Instead, a user who has selected an extension that requires Country validation, they could be taken to a page to validate Country requirements before they get to the eventual cart page.
Thanks…

In reply to: [Reseller Store] Plugin V 2.0.7Hello Brian,
Does the reseller plugin V2.0.8 correct the issues that I brought up in this thread? If not, how is the progress coming along with the Price and Add To Cart button options to move to the bottom of the Product Summary instead of the Top of the Product Summary?
Thanks…

In reply to: [Reseller Store] Plugin V 2.0.7Hi Again Bryan,
I would need the same for the Super Reseller part of the plugin. I have been part of the program since 2004, and I am both a Super Reseller and a Pro Reseller.
Thanks again. I look forward to your response.

In reply to: [Reseller Store] Plugin V 2.0.7Hello Bryan,
First, thank you for getting back to me. I appreciate your time and consideration.
For my product pages I am using Widgets that I insert through the Elementor and Elementor Pro page builder environment.
That filter would be a great help at this time because a global CSS change to .rstore-pricing and a .rstore-add-to-cart Custom CSS is not going to work. I have pages with widgets that are different sizes so global CSS is not an option.
You can go through my site here.
I have not updated the plugin on the live site, but you will see exactly what I am talking about regarding the design, layout, and widgets. The site is still at V1.0.7 of the reseller plugin.
I look forward to getting the Filter. Will that provide functionality in the Widget area or a global filter for all pages, and how will I be able to control that global filter? Also, can you add “Hide Title” in the filter?” Right now, when I test the V2.0.7 of the plugin the titles continues to display at the top of the Product Summary even though I uncheck the box to Show Title. Also, the Add To Cart buttons in V2.0.7 go directly to the cart instead of staying on the page. I want my customers to stay on the page and not directed to the cart.
Further, a domain search and selection requires that the user Continue To Cart. Otherwise, if they make a selection to go to another page, the Pop Up Box comes up, and that is very confusing for UX design. Can you just set it to put the domain in the cart like it does with products without having to “Continue to Cart?”
I am trying to keep users on the site for a better UX, without going to the cart, and then having to come back to the site to make additional product selections. That is not good, and very confusing. Too many clicks, and too many different pages.
Thanks again. I greatly appreciate your help!

In reply to: [Reseller Store] Plugin V 2.0.7Hi Amanda,
Thanks so much for replying to my post.
I have rolled back Elementor and Elementor Pro using V1.0.7 of the Reseller Plugin.
My site works fine with that setup.
However, when I updated the reseller plugin to V2.0.7 it puts the Add To Cart and Pricing at the top of the product summary pages. So it’s definitely V2.0.7 of the reseller plugin that broke the design of my site.
Additionaly, I have so many pages on my site that are designed just the way that I want them that a simple CSS fix is not going to work. Many of my Product Widgets setup through Elementor and Elementor Pro are different sizes. Just creating a global .rstore-pricing and a .rstore-add-to-cart Custom CSS is not going to work.
Again, thank you so much. I greatly appreciate your time and consideration.
As an FYI, I have the branding section of the reseller setup with the homepage, and the custom domain as the same domain name.
