Love your plugin. Deserves the title “comprehensive”.

I also was successful in using it several days ago, and now I can’t get it to work on any sites. I am running WP 3.3.1 multi-site. I’ve tried adding a new site without any plugins except this one with no luck. I was just using the basic KML URL. A map is showing, but zoomed in all the way in the middle of the ocean off the coast of Africa. If I zoom out and go to where the saved places are suppose to show up on the map, the markers are not there.

I have the following plugins set as must use across all my sites (they were all active when the map was working previously). The only change among them was I added some code regarding failed logins to our CAS authentication plugin (wpcas-conf.php):

Apparently. I’m running multi-site. On another site I use for testing, a sample form I set up experienced teh same issue. The file was uploaded in January and was accessible correctly in January, but now the generated URL is /files/2012/02/recommendationservicescholar%20(01-12-12-08-10-47).pdf

It puts the right date/time stamp into the file name. As seen above, it was uploaded on 1/12/12, but now the file folder is trying to retrieve it from the 02 folder. I might not be able to replaicate the error until March rolls around to see if any files upload in Feb (and/or Jan) start generating URLS with /03/ instead.

I ended up using a different plugin. Pain in the behind. After switching plugins, had to go through each site and reattach my API credentials, but everything is working fine again.

In regards to wpCAS, I don’t it is possible to combine CAS authentication with the Google Live Data. It looks like by default the post method is blocked on our server end. Oh well. Thanks for the response.

I am using wpCAS to authenticate instead of the WordPress username and password. This prevents the live data connection. Is there a way to just check against username? I tried deleting the references to password with no luck.
