Perhaps I have it set up wrong. I believe I tried the Master List option. In testing, it appeared like when one user completed an item, it removed from everyone’s list. We are looking for a way for each person to complete th same items separately. Is there something else I should do besides switch to Master List? Users are added in the fly, would that have an impact?

I am experiencing the same. Form saves to Ninja Forms, but not to Contact Form DB. This is my current configuration:

I had another different, but perhaps related experience. Exported a form from a test environment. Imported into productions. Chunks were re-arranged and some fields missing.

Although, I just ran into an issue exporting, then importing a form from a test install to production. The form had the fields re-arranged (and some fields missing). I edited the form to fix (after trying to delete/re-import, but with same problem). After I edited the form, the preview shows ok, but in edit mode, none of the fields, nor email options, nor advance options (ie conditional logic) shows. Everything is blank.

I received a response via support ticket. At least for me, it has to do with the plugin caching. Had to manually delete content from the database, which has seemed to help. Had to delete anything containing “nf_form” in the options table for the site.

I think there is something amiss with Ninja Forms. Just tried with Formidable and it worked fine.

I tried. I created two tables:
ww_180_cf7dbplugin_st
ww_180_cf7dbplugin_submits

I’m using Ninja Forms, updated to their latest. Existing forms weren’t saving. I created a quick, new form. Didn’t save. I have Ninja Forms turned on. Left all settings at the default. Any suggestions? Sorry for the rant. I read some older posts that seemed to indicate that multisite wasn’t supported.

Glad it worked for you. Didn’t for me. I have forms after updating to 3 and some sites where the plugin was installed with 3 only (not upgrading from 2.x).

If the form was created prior to v3. Some of my forms were not, which will be lost for sure apparently ??

Nope. Had another “deletion” on a separate install of WordPress.

For now our recommendation is to remove the reCaptcha field and use an anti-spam field.

But I don’t believe v3.0.7 was able to address this issue.

I had a form disappear after editing it. I had opened the form to edit it. In the meantime, also updated the plugins to 3.0.7. After I saved/published the form, i closed it and now it is gone. Submitted ticket, but need to go live. Will have to recreate form. Don’t have time for this.

It is a known bug in Chrome and IE (but seems to work in Firefox). From an email support I received (using paid version), they said they are working on it. From October 5:

Ok, maybe a feature request ??

I’m having the same problem. Except it is showing in Firefox, but not in Chrome nor IE. Rolling back to 2.9 is not an option as most of my forms were created after installing/upgrading to 3 (was converting all forms from another plugin).
