No, you CAN’T use the free version without a license key, because the system won’t let you bypass the License key page.

As I have already mentioned in my original post that the plugin and other systems are all updated but still I am getting the incompatibility message.

WordPress Version: 6.6.1
WooCommerce Version: 9.2.1
Themify – WooCommerce Product Filter Version: 1.5.0

Same issue detected. It was working yesterday, but from today it stopped working to display anything and we started getting following error message:

WooCommerce has detected that some of your active plugins are incompatible with currently enabled WooCommerce features. Please review the details.

I was going through the PHP error log & found something very odd – “Unknown or bad timezone (+5.5)” mentioned in one place at the log with reference to the plugin name. So, I tried setting different timezone in WordPress backend & found when the timezone is set to either UTC+5:30 or UTC+5:45 or UTC-5:30, the system goes down with “Critical Error”, setting to any other timezone has no ill effect. The system currently has following configuration:

WordPress – 6.3.1
Divi – 4.22.1
Availability Datepicker – 2.3
PHP – 8.1.6
MySQL – 5.7.23-23
Apache – 2.4.57

I have created a fresh installation of WordPress with Divi in a staging?environment and added the plugin. It worked perfectly! It seems that there may be some component in previous?installation is making the plugin to fail to work properly. Would you kindly help me removing the plugin?properly as the last option chosen in the plugin settings that “When to Load” is set to “Admin panel only”, hence WordPress backend is generating a “Critical Error” page and the plugin can’t be uninstalled. Deleting the plugin manually through cPanel file manager / FTP is the only way to get the WordPress backend work again.

Kindly provide relevant information / instruction so that I can remove the plugin properly. My Web Host Provider won’t help in this regard.

Thanks for your quick reply. I’ve performed the operations as mentioned in your reply but that didn’t solve the issue. You may find that the mentioned link is showing 6 pages of thumbnails. 1st page is showing 6 video thumbnails, 2nd page is showing 1 thumbnail, 3rd page is showing 12 thumbnails, 4th page is showing 9 thumbnails, 5th page is showing 5 thumbnails and 6th page is showing 1 thumbnail.

I’ve used following shortcode in the mentioned page:

Also I should mention that my channel have some private videos in the same playlist that is referred in the shortcode. The particular playlist has 65 videos out of which 31 are marked private.

Looks like the developer abandoned the support for free version of the plugin. I started liking the plugin, but the inability to filter out private videos from grid is making this plugin not a favourable one.

I like this plugin very much to use in my projects for the ease of using it. But in this project I was in pressure from my client for the missing functionality, but they liked the interface. I replicated the look using Divi modules. I shall once again install the plugin & create a demo page so that you may diagnose the issue.
