In reply to: [Arabic Webfonts] Not sure how to set upThis is not the plugin issue, this issue comes from your theme or your editor, we don’t change any content, just the style of your content, so you can check out this issue first on your website, then you can use the plugin easily to style you Arabic content.

In reply to: [Arabic Webfonts] Not sure how to set upFirst: the plugin will change your Arabic text style only not the content itself, so I tried to change the text on your site to Arabic and working fine ( see screenshot here: https://jmp.sh/m27IvFH )
So, maybe the problem comes from your theme or WordPress editor or you can edit your content again.Second: I don’t see you added any styles from the plugin, so you can watch this video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MoAGLEywBgg ) to know how to use the plugin.

In reply to: [Arabic Webfonts] Not sure how to set upHello, thanks for using the plugin.
The plugin didn’t work with you because the plugin affected only on Arabic Language sites which your site language is English not Arabic, so you have 2 options now:
1. Change site language to Arabic like that > https://jmp.sh/xesarJs
2. Or use the older version from the plugin, You can download the plugin v1.4.5 from here: https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/arabic-webfonts.1.4.5.zip—————–

In reply to: [Shortcode Cleaner Lite] Shortcodes not removedHello,
The front end and backend are not the same, the front end is what the user sees the final output content on the website, but the backend this what you ( admin ) see the data ( content ) on your dashboard.
So, the plugin in this lite-free version cleaning only the final output content within the front end, but without cleaning the data ( content ) within the database.
So, the free version working for the front end only, but the pro version working for both the front end and backend ( database ).
And if you want to know how the plugin working you can check out the source code here: https://plugins.trac.www.ads-software.com/browser/shortcode-cleaner-lite/

In reply to: [Shortcode Cleaner Lite] Shortcodes not removedHello,
Did you read the plugin description?
This lite version Cleans up the frontend site content ONLY, but the Pro version Cleans up the backend editor admin content and the content into a database.
After installed and activated the plugin it will clean up any broken shortcodes automatically without any action from you, but this cleaning just for the front-end site enough means that if you go to the plugin settings and disabled the option ( clean up the front-end site ) all broken shortcodes will come back again, which this option doesn’t clean up the content within the database, just within front-end site content.
You need to purchase the pro version only when you want to clean up your content within the backend/database not just within the front-end content.

In reply to: [Shortcode Cleaner Lite] Removes all images and videosHi, thanks for using the plugin.
The Cleaner will keep any content between the broken shortcodes after cleaning, if the image exists in a shortcode parameter like (image_url) for example, the plugin will remove it because it exists in the broken shortcode itself not the content within the shortcode, but if the image or video within the normal content of the shortcode, for sure the plugin will not touch it and keep it which this is the main feature of the plugin.
Best Regards

In reply to: [Arabic Webfonts] Font-family takes the font but doesn’t change anythingHello, thanks for using the plugin.
I think the problem because the URL of the font source didn’t load correctly, which the code appear like that:
href='//www_fontstatic_com/f=jooza%2Cassaf%2C'
And this may be because you’re using a cache plugin or dns-prefetch, the correct URL should be like that:
//www.fontstatic.com/f=jooza
Why the code changed, really I don’t know, you can try to remove the plugin completely, then install it again.

In reply to: [Arabic Webfonts] How to upload custom fontHello,
Sorry, the plugin doesn’t have this option ( uploading custom fonts ) which we depend on this fonts library [fontface.me] you can contact them to add this font if it’s already free for use.
