Just though of a possible solution. You could try to change the file permission to 777 to see if it helps.

Yes you can.
Depends on which theme you are using.
Just upload original “header.php” from your computer to overwrite the old file on the server. (I assumed you know where “header.php” is)

Refresh your site and you should see the reverted version.

Go to Appearance > Editor
Under Theme Files > Select “Header (header.php)”
Find “HOME”

Now, you need a little bit of PHP and HTML knowledge to make this change.
I’ll leave it up to you ??

It happened to me before. It could be the same thing happening to you.
Check your under Setting > Miscellaneous if you have correct path.

You might be upgrade your wordpress in another dir and rename it back, but the path in your setting did not change.

Problem solved!
I guess, it is one of the silly thing you might be missed out when you do upgrade.

I just need to update upload folder in “Miscellaneous Settings” to correct path.
