True story. It happens to me with some Spanish cities. If I set the units to F it returns data, if it’s C, returns an error.

There must be a conflict with another plugin or something hidden in the database, as I’ve tested the same file in a clean install of WP and it’s working.

Thank you very much for taking a look so quickly.
I am not sure what I am missing… would it be possible to have a look to the posts after the import? After logging in your demo, it says I have no permission to edit them.
I think I will be able to see what I am doing wrong just by seeing the posts and how the custom fields are.

Sorry, I wasn’t around lately. I was working on the data of my app.

To convert the csv to utf8 I simply opened it with notepad and saved it again, selecting the utf8 option. Simple as that.

How can I re-reate and mark this issue as solved?

I am having the same issue as David described.
All fields get properly imported, but the featured image doesn’t.
It was working as a charm with the previous version, but now with the 3.5.1 the images simply won’t get imported.
I am using the same format as with the previous version. I provide you with a sample properly formatted csv file so you’ll be able to test it: Csv_file

Hi.
I wasn’t very sure about what you meant with UTC-8 without BOM, but reading the thread as you suggested found out that it was just a matter of converting the CSV file to UTF-8 using the wordpad.
Now the importer works wonderfully!

Same here. It seems to work only on the posts that had the “Draft” status by the time you set up the plugin settings, and even then, it doesn’t schedule all the drafts.
And after you’ve set it up, none of the posts added as drafts afterwards will get scheduled.
Any ideas?
