its seems like when i reply to group message other users are getting You do not have permission to view this message!

so i had sent group message using admin account, no one had reply to message so few days later i add reply and all other user in group getting You do not have permission to view this message!

no i am not using chrome incognito. i have tried on different computers and Microsoft edge works not not on chrome.
