Apologies for the delay. I have adjusted the FilesystemIterator on line 222 and pushed a new release. Hopefully this fixes the issue you are experiencing.

Ended up copying the Simple template into the theme and commenting out the meta output. Definitely would love a better solution, but this at least hides the extra information.

Export using the built-in Woo Export done. Was using an extra plugin from woo. Hope this new export helps.

The next release, hopefully out this week, will run a test on the box contents and if the full line is supplied, use it. This will prevent this issue going forward.

Updated the core files to reflect this. Working on a new base to allow for more flexibility and working toward allowing doing your own thing in regards to adding new paths. So the Text Domain issue will be corrected in the next release, which I hope will be this week.

Landed here when I ran into the same issue. Here’s what I did to remedy the issue.

1) Clear log (Logging > Clear Database)
2) Re-ran site check and got the critical error
3) Checked log

Turns out the server testing against is actually located in Canada, not the US. So I whitelisted that IP and the error is now corrected. Alternatively you could add Canada (or whatever country the check is coming from for you), but whitelisting the IP was enough here.

Can you check to see what is in the box for pinterest? It should be just the string of characters inside the contents=”” part (just the letter and numbers)

I’m seeing a doubling of the whole code within the content part of the generator tag, which is causing the extra code.
