Does CF7 use SMTP or PHP?

What do you mean by precache loader? I’m only using the free version here and there aren’t any options I can see on precaching.
My hosts are Heartinternet and they just won’t budge on CURL requests.

The same thing is happening on a different form on another page on the same website.

It used to work fine and out of the blue it stopped!

I went back to two-thousand-fourteen theme and the problem was still there. I am using Udesign theme.

I saw some post re: the same problem but the “resolved” solution was to go to another plugin. I d like to give this one a better go.

You can pause the slider by placing your cursor over it.
I have added all codes now.
I like the placeholder only option if it works, at the moment it is askew -not showing in the centre of the field.
