In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order Status not ChangingYes the payment gateway offer a similar thing means if a customer checkout and go to payment page and leave it without doing payment then the order status changes to Pending Payment. During that time Stock Hold gets activated as per the shared screenshot. But after the hold period the status doesn’t change to Cancelled.
Though we contacted the payment gateway support team, they advised us to contact WooCommerce because everything is working fine with them ??

We have disabled all the plugins except WooCommerce and payment gateway, changed the Hold Stock to 3 minutes and tested but the status of order is not getting changed to Cancelled even after 3 minutes. Screenshot of settings can be found at https://imgur.com/jX0355f
Also please advise me is it fine to share System Status Report and Fatal Error Logs publicly.

Great to hear from you. The payment gateway is Razor Pay and Hold Stock is set to 600 minutes. Being a live site we are unable to perform the tests as you advised. But it was working fine earlier and only few days back we could notice this issue. During this period no new plugins were added.

Let me explain the case again;
Old permalink for product: /my-shop/%product_cat%
Old product URL format: oursite.com/my-shop/category/subcategory/product-nameNew permalink for product: product/
New URL for product: oursite.com/product/product-nameRedirection setting:
Source: ^/product/.*?/(.*)
Destination: /product/$1Result: Instead of going to new URL, it is getting redirected to oursite.com/products (We have a page with the same URL where all our products are listed.)
Issue No. 1: The desired redirection is not happening with the above said settings
Issue No. 2: When we click on product listed at oursite.com/products, instead of going to the product page the same page (oursite.com/products) is getting loaded again.
We believe if the issue No. 1 gets resolved, the second issue wont happen ??
Hope we could present our case more clearly this time.

Happy to inform that the issue is solved by deleting everything and rebuilding feeds and listings ?? As you said, the error might have happened because of caching. Anyway thank you so much for responding so quickly and great support.

Great to hear from you so fast. I have few updates on this issues. First thing is the number of products showing error is now only one. I have downloaded Product Inventory Feed and Google Shopping Feed from Merchants dashboard and found that single product is missing from Google Shopping Feed. I have refreshed at plugin dashboard and rechecked at Merchants but no change in error.
Another point I have noticed is, from plugin dashboard I have downloaded both Google Feed and Inventory Feed and found the error showing product is missing from Google Feed also. That product is the newest product on our website but not sure why it is missing only on one Google Feed.

@webtoffee Truly speaking, loved the old template very much and wish to continue with that. Thank you for involving in this discussion.I have tried one indirect method and could succeed actually. Selected the Print Invoice options and on the Print window, selected the Save as PDF option as printer. Saved file was perfect ??

I was trying follow your advise but unable to find the template similar to the present one. Two available templates, Classic and Standard, are different from the initial one and I wish to have the same template.
