That’s strang. why would they do that?
As soon as I found the host delete my files, I would move my website to different hosting providers.But the question is: How did you know the host deleted your files?

As what people are suggesting is correct. your wordpress installation appears to be using 5.4.45.Assuming you are on shared hosting with cPanel control panel.
Login to cPanel >> Select PHP version >> Change version to latest PHP version. [ screenshot ]
(a) Click on drop down and select the PHP version you would like to use.

It appears that the site /wp-admin has invalid permission Given that you already have access to cPanel. Please Login to cPanel and head over to file manager >> public_html. Change the /wp-admin folder permission to 0750 and save. (screenshot)

Assuming you are on cPanel,
Open file manager >> move topublic_html/wp-content/uploads/2019
There will be a folder with the name09
and next to it you will be able to see folder permissions. change it to 755Hoping this will help now ??
Edit: You can also do this via FTP

folder permission 755 and file permission 644
