when will this issue finally be fixed?
I know that the plugin is available in the latest version for manual installation. However, we use it on 120+ websites and actually always update via manageWP. This would be a huge hassle for us.

after taking a closer look at the debug file, I was able to find the following line:
[23-Jun-2023 06:13:39 UTC] PHP Fatal error: allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (trying to allocate 8581120 bytes) in /html/wordpress/wp-content/themes/Divi/includes/builder/functions.php on line 11168
So I set the php memory-limit to 1024M, which fixed the error.
@divipro Maybe this is also the problem with you? If you need help with this, just let me know!

In the meantime, we were able to find out what the problem was. In the plugin “All In One WP Security” there is a setting “Activate manual approval of new registrations”. This option was ticked.
After we unchecked it, everything worked without any problems! ??

I deactivated the plugin “Yoast Duplicate Post” once and deleted a page. I am still redirected to the start page.
So does that mean it has nothing to do with your plugin…?

When you ‘clone’ a default page, it should create a new draft in the page overview and add a /-2/ to the slug. You can then make some changes to the permalink as well as the content itself. Then, after making the changes, when you publish that cloned page, and view it from the frontend, it redirects to the homepage, and it has the added “?cloned=1&ids=8168” in the URL in the front-end, correct?
No, I cannot edit the duplicated element directly because I am redirected to the start page immediately after clicking on “Duplicate”.
I have recorded a short video for this purpose. Maybe this will clarify things ??

Yes, I tested it with the said plugin in which I disabled all components except the “Yoast Duplicate Post” plugin. Unfortunately, I also have the problem here that I am redirected to the start page after clicking on “Duplicate”.
