In reply to: Can I make the ?tegories% in permalinks show subcategories?Uncheck the Top Category in your post. Just check the lowest sub-category, and your URI will display the entire nest of category directories.

In reply to: using ?tegory% in permalinks for subcategoriesHi! If you create a parent category with a child category, when you Write a Post, associate the post with the child category. Do not check the parent category box.
When you do that (and assuming your permalink is set to /%category%/%postname%) your URL will look like
example.com/parentcateg/childcateg/title-of-your-post
Please note that
example.com/parentcateg/childcateg
will yield a 404 pageWhile
example.com/parentcateg
will be a duplicate of
example.com/categories/parentcateg
(assuming you didn’t define anything for Categories in your Permalinks set-up)Forum: Fixing WordPress

In reply to: Login redirect error on 2.0What value is stored in your wp_options-siteurl?

In reply to: Login redirect error on 2.0Hi! I experienced the same thing when I set my website URI to domainname.com/index.php
To solve it, I edited the contents of the mySQL database: wp_options – siteurl and erased the “/index.php” part.
And that solved my login redirect error.
