I am also having the same issue. Cleared cache disabled plugins. We use the 2017 Theme. Currently on WP 5.7 using CF7 Vs 5.4

Good day. I wanted to chime in and alert that I am having issues with Jetpack when I upgrade my server to PHP 7.4. My issue initially started when I upgraded and my wife could not connec to our site using the Woocommerce App on IOS. We reached out to Woocommerce and they advised it was a Jetpack issue. I disconnected, reconnected to no avail. I then deactivated and deleted the plugin. Reinstalled it, and it was still giving the same issue, plus our site health tool was showing site not connected.:200. I then went in downgraded my PHP to 7.3 and the connection reestablished. I upgraded to 7.4 and it broke the connection again.

The only solution I have found is to stick with PHP 7.3.

@razyrx Just checking in to see if you have any other options to troubleshoot this.

Thanks Oleg for the reply. I checked my PHP log and there is only one error:

As to wordpress debug file there are no errors being thrown or showing in the debug file.

@razyrx I disabled all plugins except for the Splash popup and it is still not working.

@razyrx I checked that before I sent my initial post. I am using the 2020 theme. It is not working with that. I even installed and the current theme is not the Twenty Nineteen theme and it is not working.

Thank you for your reply. I have made the changes you suggested and am still not getting the popup. It should display at the homepage immediately which I am not seeing.

I was struggling all day with this. I decided to just install my site backup from yesterday. I am working fine now. I suggest you role it back and wait for the developers to fix this problem.

Social dude I am having an issue with the count not showing and I assume it is due to the API being blocked for too many uses. I am not familiar enough with your code yet to know which area to edit but why not create a variable for each count that is stored from when the API updates the count. Then create an if else function that says if the api get is blocked then load var instead.
