how would i modify the theme and get that what i wants ?

i think that’s not realted to theme its related to wordpress
i just wants to makes all my previous posts to full width at once if possible
so is it possible ? or i have to make them full width one by one?

i already deleted simple membership plugin from cpanel but it not not helped ):

its only showing in the log that email sent but in reality i am not receiving any email ): how would i receive then? plz help sir…

really sorry for that, but i just deleted that user and done a test again and again same happend like i received only paypal payment confirmation email but not a single simple membership email ):
i was reset the log file too as u were suggested…
