In reply to: [Mapster WP Maps] Mapsters and CPT?If I can ask though, what exactly do you want to do by adding this field? Obviously creating a map with all its locations is quite complex, and then displaying it has tons of options… I’m just wondering what you’d like to be doing by doing it this way ??

In reply to: [Mapster WP Maps] Import LocationsAh. Yes the mapshaper converter didn’t do a good job here. They must have a specific format they require for the CSVs, since it didn’t put any coordinates in. Ultimately your import definitely would have been easiest with the spreadsheet importer, but converting to geoJSON is not too complicated, it’s just necessary that you know the format for it. I’m glad you got the locations in in any case!

In reply to: [Mapster WP Maps] Import LocationsHello, this depends what your geoJSON looks like, it may not be formatted correctly. You may actually have an easier time with just a few locations entering in the latitude and longitude manually. However, if you want some more help please paste a screenshot or upload of what your geoJSON file looks like and I can let you know if it’s formatted correctly.

In reply to: [Mapster WP Maps] Import LocationsHello! To use the spreadsheet importer, Pro is needed. However, you could convert a CSV into a geoJSON and upload it that way using a tool like Mapshaper.com!
Let me know if this helps.

In reply to: [Mapster WP Maps] Multilangual website (WPML) can’t load map.Hello! It looks like some of the French versions of the locations may not actually be duplicates — they don’t seem to have coordinates attached. Four of them do: Place des Canotiers, Le parc commémoratif, Place Jean-Béliveau, and CHU Sainte-Justine. However, the others (école primaire Guy-Drummond, Collège Ahuntsic, etc), don’t have coordinates actually defined. I think these need to be saved or duplicated the same way as you did the ones that were successful. Please let me know if you need more help with this.
Bug has been fixed — will be released in next version 1.2.40.
Hmm, this is strange, I’m not able to replicate this in testing. Can you email me at [email protected] so I can try to help you more?
