Thanks Peter!
That is what I thought.
Hello Jonathan,
Thanks you for your answer.
That would become a 100$ + question then!
When I try to post a ticket, I get the rubbish of not being able to post a question and I am limited to pre sale questions because I am not the owner of the licence nor have an account with you.
You see the customer is an NPO and the original developer/agency is now unreachable and the current holder and renewal of the licence is unknown.
In the setting I have :
CLé DE LICENCE
Your license key provides access to new features and updates.
You’re using Formidable Forms Lite. Enjoy! ??
To?unlock more features?consider?upgrading to the Elite plan.
And I do have the Pro extension installed and active as mentioned in the “Extensions” page of Formidable Forms menu.It make sens to me that where ever a licence is installed, no regards of being the purchaser, the site owner should have access to the support!
When you get a computer, regardless of from whom you purchased it, you have access to the OS support!??
Please forget this request.
I found the problem. It was in the dash in the names.
There is the regular dash and the long dash (in Word).
Hello @videousermanuals,
Thanks you, your first link did the trick!
Hello Rohit @mrrohitbhardwaj ,
Thanks for your reply!
I redid the tests and I must conclude, in the context of translation, WPML was automatically adding /en/ in front of the #support-s-distance anchor and from which it was a full URL after. So Popups for Divi would probably not take it in consideration to make the popup open.
Problem is now solved!
NOTE: WPML, in the advanced translator by default, it does not show the links, we have to search for it in the search bar.

Hello Rohit @mrrohitbhardwaj ,
https://lob.groupe-lob.com/en/
You have 2 links on the home page and one link in the footer, all three pointing towards the unique popup that is set in the footer to be available on all the pages via the footer menu item. It’s named #support-a-distance
- the support icon on the top left of the screen,
- the online helpdesk as a button in the section above the footer
- and in the footer on remote support as a menu item.
Note that on the https://lob.groupe-lob.com/en/services/#web section in the Website Maintenance Packages and Website Creation accordions, have inserted links to some popups and these work and got automatically translated just fine. Note also the popups are residing on that page.
I have been doing some tests because the only none working popup was residing in the footer (apart of the page where the links are).
So I added a second popup on the home page itself. It’s named #support-a-distance-on-page and changed the links of the icon and the button, now this popup works on the translated home page. You can see it by clicking on these.
Now the footer menu item still does not work from translation but does in the original language.
So if my logic is right, if the popup reside in the page where it’s called, it does get the data-trigger-click added (copied) in translation.
As explained in the first paragraph I would like to have a single popup for the support that can be called from the home page and any page from the footer menu item.
Can this be done?
Thanks,

Hello Perter,
Yes that what I wanted.
After thinking of it, it can makes sense that an SEO plugging can override WF settings for such an option. One could what to publish such information and have WF block the rest (but why?).
If this WF option is ON then, one with security concerns in mind, would expect to override any author publication settings, if this can be done.
On the other hand, I think publishing authors in the curent way is partly an open door. Again I think that WordPress should have this as a separate field to make it more secure.
Thanks
Hi Peter,
I have sent you the diagnostic.
I did some more testing.
This site use Yoast SEO and had the author sitemap option ON. Also, there is a second option per user on the individual profile page that prevent the search engine authors archive and site map (default unchecked).
https://yoast.com/help/how-to-exclude-author-pages-from-sitemap/
So, I must understand that WF, when a plugin or theme possibly have this option ON (to show archive and sitemaps for authors), will be override by the plugin settings.
I must then conclude that the Yoast SEO option for authors sitemaps must be deactivated for this to stop authors archives and sitemaps.
Maybe WordPress should eventually think of separating authors and username and add a specific field for this as a preventive security improvement!
I will send you a spreadsheet with the different URL tested, options on or off and their results should this help.
TESTS – With Yoast author option ON & WF option ON.
/author/username => show article archive related to username
/?author=4 => 404 page with no styles
/author-sitemap.xml => Show users sitemaps
/wp-json/wp/v2/users/ => rest_user_cannot_view
TESTS – With Yoast author option off & WF option ON.
/author/username => Redirected to home page
/?author=4 => 404 page with no styles
/author-sitemap.xml => 404 page with no styles showing shortccodes
/wp-json/wp/v2/users/ => rest_user_cannot_view
Thanks,

In reply to: [Broken Link Checker] No product pages are scannedHello Pawel,
This was done initially.
I ended up checking all just to see if this would make any difference. No still 80 in total found.Can you confirm what I found about BLC?
I found that the extension checks in the BD in wp_post table in post_content column.
And therefore any content that is not in this column is not found, thus my problem.
I use Pods in this case to add CPT and custom fields to add product documents.
So BLC as no way to find a relation between a product and a document.
I first thought BLC would scan the sites frontend URL, like most online checker, but it makes sense to use BD for resources usages.I use WPML as translation extension.
Thanks

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Hook on recurring events after each are savedCome to think of it…
Would you know if an event that as more than 10 recurring events would use a cron job or a specific hook to save events?
Thanks

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Hook on recurring events after each are savedNo this does not apply.
When initially created a recurrent event is edit all by default I presume.
When I edit (update) an event is edit all.
I have not yet tackle this part of editing a single event from a series.I found a hidden condition in my code that prevented the hoped logic to append. Now that this is corrected I still find recurring events odd to put the proper logic on it.
Here is what I found:Since I am attempting to hook to any events:
– For the single event, I hook onto the “save_post” WP hook that work all OK.
– For the recurrent events, I am using presently the “tribe_events_pro_recurring_event_save_after” hook (after the hidden condition was removed).
-Works for creation and updates
– But the first event when created of the series in both cases is not going through the same hook and is captured by the save_post hook only.
– To hook upon the event deletion I use save_post.I don’t know if on your side if this is the expected behavior.
Late yesterday, I was able to get that par working (almost) by using a condition to filter the first event of the series going through the save_post hook.
I used : if( $post->post_type == “tribe_events” AND ! $post->post_parent OR ( $post->post_type == “tribe_events” AND $ new_post_status == “trash” )
Not as clean as would like but it works for the first event of the series and events that are trashed.I am still stuck to smaller recurrent events.
I can’t grab all the events a of larger series unfortunately. I max out at 11 events.Any clue to get me further would be appreciated.
I will look into hiring one of your dev. This is more than I can tackle.
Thanks,
