As far as getting comments to work on that single page, it should work if you have support for comments in your theme’s single.php file

So i tried to copy my single.php to single-catablog-items.php. My theme does support comments BUT when catablog creates an item, this item is created with comments OFF.

My question is : How can i turn this ON (without hacking CataBlogItem.class.php wich is a really ugly solution) ?

Because :
– Catablog creates some kind of hidden wp-posts.
– Comments are activated by default in all my ‘regular’ posts in wordpress backoffice but not with the ones created by catablog.

Hi, for me the 404 where caused by the translations files (.PO & .MO) :
In french language “event” is translated by “événement”. The problem is that this translation is used by AI1C to create the events URL : An URL with accent does not work ! So i solved it by modifying the “event” word in the .PO & MO. then also cleared my differents caches ans rebuild the permalink and all went fine.
But i think timely should add a check before calculating the URL…

1) you are right, this is just because the logs are too old.

2) Strange. Ressources ? Do you mean memory or a kind of file size limit ? I’m using NTFS so the size should not matter.
Is it a PHP.INI misconfiguration ?

Maybe it’s a WP problem ?
I have noticed that WP now uses PHPMailer Version: 2.0.4: This is new, older releases used 2.02

Maybe it’s a Windows problem ? I use a windows server to host my blog (yes i know it’s a shame but…) ??

I’ve tried to use :
– Cimy Swift SMTP => same problem
– WP-Mail-SMTP => same problem
So i deactivated both.

My WP version: 2.8.4

Better workaround:

Add this to the “header”:

Reply-To [youremail]
Reply-To:[youremail]
Reply-To: [youremail]
CC: [youremail]

Note: (“youremail” or “your-email”, or whatever you use)

As you will see, if you reply to the email, you reply directly to the good sender (ok your email is still sent from [email protected]) but it’s not really important).

Same problem but i don’t use Simple Press so it must be something else…
Workaround:

Add this to the header:

CC: [youremail]

That way you’ll have to “reply to all” instead of reply but it works until this case is resolved…

+1 Same problem with the latest GAP and podpress 7.6, GAP broke the “pop-up player” (in french “Lire en Popup”).
