@aghio, creo que tu problema viene por el lado que en el carrito o en el checkout estas agregando un ( FEES ) un dinero extra, y entonces el PLUG de MP no lo toma al momento de capturar el pago.
Esto es porque el plugin toma por lineas y no por total, y las lineas de FEE, dinero adicional no las toma.

Si esta es tu situación, hay una peque?a solución, contame tu situación y te ayudo.

3. Search all the files function.php the malicious code, and delete it, save file changes.
4 Search files :

wp-feed.php
wp-vcd.php
wp-tmp.php

– These can change location, before removing the code from function.php it is convenient to see what are the path that you specify for these files.

This would have to clean the installation of each domain in the hosting.

Recommendation: before starting, make a backup of each site.

To know when the site was modified for the last time, list the folders so by modification date.

Generally, when something is modified within them, the date changes, and that gives us a clue as to where you could hide malicious code.

This occurs by using NULLED themes and plugins

You have to know that everything nulled is contaminated by malicious code.

When Nulled is installed, the code wakes up at a certain moment, goes through all the folders of your hosting, and installs a script in addition to adding several files.

Comprobe que con algunos themes tiene cierta incompatibilidad.
Yo tengo uno que anda bien y no le afecta su performance.

Hay que revisar varias cosas.

Que el prefijo no se este repitiendo.
Si tenes mas de una tienda con el mismo MPago, puede pasar que se repite y hace cosas extra?as el sistema.

Prefijo en el modulo de Mercado PAgo, poner uno disinto para cada tienda.
SI es una sola tienda, revisar que no se haya alterado y los este repitiendo
Por ejemplo, si tenes como prefijo “WPORG – ” puedes variarlo a “WPO – ” ó “WPORG – 99″ de esta ultima forma agregas el 99 adelante de tus prefijos actuales y lo convertis en 2 cifras mas.

Otra causa rara tambien es que Ahora Mercado Pago agarra nombre y apellido del comprador, de acuerdo a los datos de WOOCommerce, y cuando llega a la parte de la tarjeta, algunos compradores no se dan cuenta que eso esta mal, y el pago sale rechazado porque ” INGRESO DATOS ERRONEOS “, esta es una causa constante en mis tiendas, que ya lo solucione de una manera bastante elegante y simple.

Solved.

Somewhere there had been a conflict between the old theme and the installation of the site and OceanWP:

It seems that OceanWP with the old remnants of the installation had some problem.

What did I do ?
Site under maintenance.
Copy of database.
Export all store, users, orders and others.

New installation of wordpress,
Installation of the OceanWP theme.
Import of the complete store.

Everything works perfectly now.

En estos dias voy a actualizar…
La verdad que no deberia ocurrir eso, porque yo solo modifique la parte “matematica” del plugin.

De todas maneras seria cosa de probar, ver, y si es asi corregirlo.
Voy a apuntar esta revision.

Por las duds, probaste con el oficial para comparar?

Disculpa la demora en responder, estube unos dias fuera, llegue este domingo.

Te cuento, uno de los sitios que tengo montado recibe mas de 30 pedidos diarios con mercado Pago y funciona bien.
Es cierto, los mails habian dejado de llegar, los de MP pero volvieron a aparecer normalmente, quizas fue un problema interno de M Pago.

Respecto a los Emails de Woo, siempre funcionaron bien, tanto comprador como vendedor, copias a: y todo lo demas, incluso el plugin de Yith carrito abandonado manda bien los emails, todo funciona en orden.

EN tu caso, habria que ver bien en detalle la configuracion que tenes, debe ser que algo esta mal, si no, es imposible que no funcione, o bien, tu host tiene alguna limitacion y bloquea la Api de MP.

La autorización de la tarjeta por lo que me dijeron es una cuestión de seguridad de la tarjeta de crédito y lo que hay que hacer es llamar y que te autoricen el pago.

@webchina es raro lo del firewall de tu server.. en que hosting estas ?

Respecto a los mails, a cuales te refieres, a los que envia Mercado pago desde Mercado Pago mismo, o a los que envia Woocommerce cuando se realiza la operacion mediante mercado pago?

Por si alguien necesita, yo realice una version del plugin de MP que permite recuperar la comision que te cobra la plataforma.
La version es identica a la oficial, con la diferencia del agregado que permite que vos agregues un cargo extra y el mismo sea tomado al momento de procesar el pago.
