So I have to contact Bluehost and ask them to set up a FTP account. Will this be like a copy and paste type thing? I’m new at the coding stuff and, I don’t mean to be frank, but am totally frustrated. Is there going to be an update from WordPress in case I can’t figure out how to do this?

Is it possible that WordPress will bring out an update which fixes this problem since so many of us have this issue?

Can I access the root file from the dashboard or is it somewhere in Bluehost?

where would I find this, in the dashboard? I’ve tried to locate it in my dashboard before but I cannot find it anymore. Would it be in my hosting site, Bluehost.

Google Chrome; it also did not work on my desktop (also Chrome) and my iPhone, safari.

I deactivated all of them and tried again. Did not work.

I don’t get any error messages on the new post just a blank screen that I can’t type on. The iPhone app allows me to alter text. I just can’t do it from a browser (laptop, desktop or mobile). Juar frustrated. I spent the past two years culminating readers and I can’t post.

I tried it on three seperate computers so I’m pretty certain it’s not the browser. Where would I see these JavaScript errors? The major problem is the post section does not let me toggle to text. I can write a title and excerpt but no body. Seems weird. Someone told me to manually install the update in lieu of the auto update but I’m not sure how to do that.

I don’t use the Bulletproof security so I still can’t post, alter widgets and such. I removed all of my plugins except Jetpack and Disqus and and also removed all themes. Still can’t post! I’m so frustrated.

I can’t get to my wordpress config file to fix it; where should I go?

I cannot add any posts to my blog or alter the widgets. I deactivated all plugins and erased all bit Jetpack and Disqus. I am very frustrated. I also deleted all themes except for the twenty ten twenty eleven and twenty twelve. My current theme is Atahualupa. I’m not very tech savvy so I can’t figure out how to downgrade.

Any suggestions?
