OK — I contacted the hosting company and they were able to get me the correct “email” which isn’t a real email. Soooo bizarre.

I’m totally baffled. I tried what you suggested but it tells me there is no user with that email. Yet, there is a website. I don’t have another email that would have been used so how do I go about figuring this out?

I have this same question. Do I repeatedly optimize until all are complete?

As well as another. In the media directory, it tells me the image has been reduced by a certain percent but it has the “force re-optimize” button there. Does this mean it didn’t optimize fully the first time?

Thank you so much! I figured out how to remove the author so that is why you don’t see it. Obviously, when I was looking at the inspect element I wasn’t reading the right thing. So grateful for you help and explanation!

Thanks for your time and help! I think I have old WP files on my hard drive. I found one at the hosting site, but it wasn’t being used. I did get confirmation that my hosting site is using the most current version — 4.1.1. So…I’m guessing that the files on my hard drive are outdated and can be deleted. But I wanted to make sure that I understand how upgrades were made — it seems they all go to the hosting site and not my hard drive. Is this accurate?

FINALLY figured out how to delete cookies and clear the cache, but….I’m still experiencing this logging off and failure notice. I was hopeful this would take care of it, but no luck.

Any other suggestions or known fixes?

I would like the title and tagline, all headers, including those such as Search, Favorite papers, subscribe, recent posts, categories to be Share Tech.

What you don’t see right now but ultimately, I want to do is move the title and tagline to above the picture (which I have the code for). In testing it, it removes all formatting for the title.

I didn’t style any of this so it must be something that happened with the changing of themes. What does the <div class=”MsoNormal”> mean? Is that something I can change without messing up more things? I’ll see what I can do with the font definitions on the other – I’m pretty new to all this but am willing to learn.

I thought all my body fonts were sans-serif yet I’m finding these older posts to have a combination of sans-serif or all serif.

Thanks for responding. I feared this would be the answer. I have 1000s of photos already up. But…do I still need the Enhanced Media Library with Next Gen? It seems that if the pics are all in galleries, I might not need that but would appreciate your thoughts on it. Again, many thanks.
