it’s due to inproper way of inclusion of admin panel in that plugin. As it’s external plugin, we’re contacting plugin author to ask for update. In case of lack of reply we’ll try to become plugin author here on WordPress to be able to upgrade it for you.

it seems to be issue with lack of resources on your server. Please contact your hosting provider to discuss possibility of extending time for POST operations
