There is no perfect way to protect PDF.
You can take a look at ways to disable some of PDF features like described here: https://smallbusiness.chron.com/prevent-saving-pdf-file-46223.html or to stamp PDF with user details to discourage user from sharing the file like here https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wp-pdf-stamper-plugin-2332

most probably you’ve got outdated (not compatible with your jigoshop version) version of paypal pro.
take a look at jigoshop.com/my-account to see if it’s same one
if it doesn’t help – please send your jigoshop system info and link to that topic to [email protected] for verification

It seems there is jquery errror on your website. Can you try switching theme to one of default/switching off other plugins to get to know what is causing the issue?
