The Problem was caused by a native plugin of the theme.

@yordansoares Yes i know what you mean but the website is all uptodate and got a lot of security restrictions and plugin well configured, that’s why looks strange, in fact I immediately saw that something was wrong, in real time with the first “registration” that was just a form filled by a bot.
I watched a bunch of files like functions.php etc. but no-one has malicious code inside, so I would like help to understand where could be this code that connects with contact form.

@doubleg the code you mention looks like a Contact form fields and not custom fields into billing/shipping informations from this plugin.

Anyway i got the SAME error, you can happily bypass a SELECT field also if it is mandatory, I opened a support question too specific on this two days ago but any answers yet.
