If somebody needs the solution: I fixed it using an html link (< a href=”//www.fratelliborgioli.com/terms-conditions/” target=””_blank”” rel=”noopener noreferrer”>terms & conditions< /a>) instead of the shortcode [terms] which was there by default.

Thanks for your answer, but I don’t really like the fact that I have been struggling just to create something similar to what you are using as a main page for your product.
The reason why I would have bought Make would have been to simplify design and not to spend a fortune on developers.
The page you are sending me to contains lots of examples, but how much hand-crafted, lovingly hand-coded are they? How much personal time or money for developers should I invest to get to these pages? That’s unknown to me.
I guess this theme is not for me.

Thanks Richard for your answer, the only way to have Cookie Laww Info working was to disactivate W3TC. Checking JS console for errors and fox those is something I might learn to do in the future, but at the moment I switched to another cashing plugin and have no issues with Cookie Law Info, so as far as it concerns me, this thread could be marked as solved.

W3TC is the plugin I use for performance optimization – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/w3-total-cache/

I found out that disabling W3TC the website works fine again even with the plugin activated. So there is a conflict with W3TC. What should I do to be able to use both?

Thanks to your help I was able to solve this issue. The problem was as you said a missing ” (in the footer – more exactly, in the footer credits customization code I had used. I just added the missing ” and everything worked again.

Thanks for your help. Would a plugin be responsible or is something my hosting provider should be looking at?
I was using WP Fastest Cache, but the slider does not appear even if I deactivate all the other plugins (except for Genesis Responsive Slider).
Before WP Fastest Cache, I used WP Super Cache and W3TC, but I had uninstalled them a few weeks ago and everything was fine till this morning. What can I do to debug and understand who is the culprit?

I also tried resetting all the settings of the plugin and removing the home top sections but the slider still does not appear

Thanks for your reply Rescuework Support, but unless I’m wrong that plugin doesn’t seem to allow me set a primary fixed ad for a location to show on desktop widths and a responsive one to show on smaller screens.

This is really annoying.
I tried to clean up through Clean Options, it didn’t work. I reinstalled and reactivated the plugin, deselected all the “Enable SweetCaptcha” boxes, saved, and the form keeps showing up. I deactivated and deleted again the plugin, and the form keeps showing up.
While I like the idea behind this plugin and I find it quite original and useful, the fact that I’m not able to get rid of it is really really annoying – and I believe that plugins with such a behavior should not be allowed to be in the WordPress repository.
