i have the same problem. I have tried to fix it following your instruction but it doesn’t work.
After filling the form, i need to sent datas connected to the checkbox. They should be displayed vertically :
{checkbox-1}
– [DATA]
– [DATA]
– [DATA]
When i receive the email notification, datas are displayed horizontally.
May you suggest me anything?
