In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] W3 Causes Images to Disappear@vmarko No, we’re not experiencing it anymore ever since we started using Autoptimize to handle HTML, CSS & JS optimization.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] W3 Causes Images to DisappearHave you tied disabling W3 Total Cache settings one by one, save all settings and purge cache and see which setting might be causing this?
I wasn’t able to do that as what we did was purge the cache and deactivate the plugin while we tried to investigate the issue ourselves and try and put the images back.
Can you also please manually delete the wp-content/cache folder?
I wasn’t able to do that either as I don’t have access to our CPanel.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] W3 Causes Images to DisappearHi @vmarko
The images appear to be just empty frames. I don’t see the typical “broken image” icons where the images are supposed to be.
Here’s the settings that I used:
Page Cache: Enabled
Page Cache Method: Disk: EnhancedMinify: Enabled
Minify Mode: Auto
Minify Cache Method: Disk
HTML Minifier: Minify (default)
JS Minifier: JSMin (default)
CSS minifier: Minify (default)Opcode Cache: Not Available
Database Cache: Off
Object Cache: Off
Browser Cache: Enabled
CDN: Off
Reverse Proxy: Off
Statistics: Off
Fragment Cache: Off
Misc.:
Show Page Rating in Admin Bar: Off
Verify Rewrite Rules: Enabled
Enable file locking: Off
Optimize disk enhanced page an minify disk caching for NFS: EnabledI have already disabled “Optimize disk enhanced page an minify disk caching for NFS” and the minify function which is now handled by “Autoptimize”.
Also, I should point out that some of the images were uploaded through CPanel, FPT or other means instead of through WP’s media library. These images or on the server, but they don’t appear in the media library. Could it be W3 has a problem caching images that are not uploaded through the media library?
Alright, thanks. I guess I can mark this as resolved?
