In reply to: [Razorpay for WooCommerce] Malicious file alert from wordfenceRazorpay development team never bothers with tickets raised directly on their site, we are expecting them to respond here on wordpress. There is a reason their plugin rating is so bad.

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Font and Star Messed Up on Mobile SiteHi There.
Sorry for coming back so late, we tested by disabling each and every plugin except the customer reviewa and even switched to Storefront but that didn’t solve the problem.
The font still appeared deformed and even a custom review showcase page disappeared. Kindly suggest how do we fix it as the review showcase block on homepage also looks horrible with the fonts messed up.
Thank you for the suggestion, tried but logs are still not populating. It’s been 19 hours since it was implemented.

In reply to: [CartBounty - Save and recover abandoned carts for WooCommerce] Cart empy?@shandysuta I too was facing this issue, if you are using litespeed cache, it is likely that litespeed is the culprit. The problem disappeared from my website as soon as I deactivated litespeed and resurfaced when it was activated again, tried this multiple times and the end result was exactly same.
Thanks @nauriskolats , I will keep monitoring the logs and will flag it if cartbounty’s name come up (I don’t think it will).
Appreciate @nauriskolats and @razorpay @chetangn prompt action on this matter. Kudos to all of you.
Thank you @chetangn , updated to the latest version.
@nauriskolats hope you won’t mind keeping this issue open for a couple of days while I verify the issue resolved. Would you be able to inspect if razorpay has fixed the php file you had mentioned earlier?
Thanks @nauriskolats , still waiting for @razorpay @ramprak to respond, I will share your update with them when I have a call with their developers today.
@razorpay – Kindly join this thread.
Thank you very much @nauriskolats, we have flagged the matter to the razorpay and have asked them to join this thread.
Razorpay mentioned that they had received similar complaints from their other customers which is why they asked us to deactivate cartbounty (and 1 more plugin) on our website.
@ramprak – Kindly join this thread and assist.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Cart Not Updating – Litespeed Causing the issue@qtwrk looks like the bug has returned, the website once again started acting up, caching pages which are not needed and causing critical error on the checkouts as multiple customers reported.
The problem disappears as soon as the litespeed plugin is disabled.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Cart Not Updating – Litespeed Causing the issueThank you @qtwrk, resetting worked, the cart is no longer caching up. I will still monitor and observe just in case the problem resurfaces.
