Did exactly that, actually several times, as it kept asking for the address. Thing is it’s worked only with a partial address (without suite number). With suite number the generated ID is longer and the widget breaks when I click on its name. Even got an email reporting the error:

It wasn’t for me. What I’ve reported is that since the latest release external images are not showing at all on the media library to be re-used/downloaded/etc.

If you add an external image to a post as featured image or embed it in the editor, you will notice the external image doesn’t appear on the media library to be re-used elsewhere.

If you try to add the same external image to another post the upload will be denied because the url is already in use.

Noticed that too. They don’t show up on the media library but are attached to the posts. Any updates in sight?

For me though the featured image is now not being copied. However other images, even from ACF Image and gallery fields, are now working fine. See below:

Hi there! Thanks for looking into this. Not sure dynamic.ooo has anything to do with it as I have been able to replicate the issue with the featured image on a sandbox site with only WPML activated (not even Elementor). WPML Support has said EXMAGE uses the site’s domain as an external domain instead of copying the URL and will happily cooperate with you guys in making your plugin officially compatible with WPML if you join their Go Global Program.

I suspect it’s a WPML-generated bug as they might not be able to do the right thing because your implementation gets in the way. So maybe there’s some little tweak you can make to make your plugin compatible with WPML, please? I would really appreciate it!
