I am not sure if this helps you but under Options, General Blog Settings there is an option to ‘use_bbcode’
I haven’t tried it but it seems to allow you to use html formatting tags.

well, i update more than twice a week but i would like the front page to start afresh every sunday and wednesday.
maybe this is not possible.
it would be nice to have this kind of control though.

well, I want my page to be archived twice a week.
At the moment the only option i can find is to archive weekly, daily, or every set number of days.
As my site is updated sunday and wednesday with new content, I need some other way to clear my page of posts so that it can strat fresh again.
