I did experience the same thing and I had, as you @doekenorg said, duplicated a form. I tried to regenerate the URL and it got fixed.
– Version of PHP used 7.2.19-0ubuntu0.18.04.1
– Version of Gravity Forms 2.4.10

A big thanks for the time you spent to make this work for me. I have now tested it for a while and I am very pleased with the result, it works great!
@doekenorg Yes, I’m using the plugin “User Role Editor” by Vladimir Garagulya. The plugin is recommended by Gravity Forms.
I did try to grant full access to Gravity Forms in User Role Editor, but despite that, the button did not appear. Therefore, I think it is only visible for admins.

Thank you for making this snippet. That was exactly what I needed! Unfortunately, it is not possible to see the button for users who are not administrators. Is there any solution to this?
