In reply to: How to Find and Remove Redirect from WordPressThe redirect route shows a redirect from a plugin called “Permalink Manager”. Try to deactivate it after a full backup and see how it goes.
You can check the direct route using a web tool such as https://www.redirect-checker.org/index.php or via CLI tools using curl (with the command $ curl -Ils yoursite.com)

Hi!
we are aware that “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” plugin shows these notices in our latest versions.
Most of that code is actually there for compatibility reasons and there’s also new code we’re slowly adding as WordPress evolves (otherwise, a lot of sites would break). As it only affects our internal installer, you can ignore these notices.

You need to define the Page as a Homepage on Settings -> Reading -> and define “Home” as a static page.
