    Thanks for the response but I don’t believe it is the Table Rate shipping plugin from Plugin Hive causing the issue, it was doing this before I changed to the plugin, when I was using the built in woocommerce shipping method/options under shipping settings.

    Example of setup…
    Zone 1 – 3770, 3775, 3777 – $10 shipping fee. If a customer enters 3771 it should reject it saying – not covered by shipping zone/area etc. Instead it continues through to the checkout and does not charge customers at all. When I turn debug on and 3771 is entered into the shipping calculator it’s picking it up from Locations not covered by your zone but i have no zones or options in there?? So how can it allow the order to process if there are no shipping options??

    The shipping method has been working fine for the past two years and then about 4 weeks ago it started doing this, no settings had been changed. 80% of orders still come through using the shipping method/the input postcodes in my settings (so it’s working correctly for them) it’s just the postcodes we don’t deliver too.
