You need to deactivate this plugin, and delete it.

Then download the latest version from GITHUB (The developer uploaded it there)
To download click on the CLONE or DOWNLOAD green button. Select DOWNLOAD ZIP, you will get the plugin as a zip file.

Install it, and activate it. It works.

I’m using Gravity Forms v1.6.4.5, WP 3.3.1 and GF SF Add on v1.1.3

I don’t see the option to select it in Advanced Tab, nor is it displaying under the forms menu (same as previous poster).

Your assistance would be MOST appreciated.
