On the Stripe problem, I deactivate this two plugins and turn on live mode.

I couldn’t see this option because it was hidden below “show excerpt” … it’s rare that it’s hidden there when “show excerpt” is off… this is the reason for I couldn’t see “open links in new tab”.

I fixed it!!
I deleted and replaced my copies of everything on the server except the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory with fresh copies from the wordpress download.
(Deactivating plugins and themes didn’t fix it).
