I can understand that you are reluctant about changing the theme and updating plugins as there may be compatibility issue which may make the site crash!
I agree with you but at the same time it is essential to run the test because otherwise it won’t be possible to detect the root of the problem.
Therefore, what you can do is to create a duplicate/staging site for testing purpose. Many hosting providers offer site staging facilities, but if you don’t have such a feature, you can create one with the WP Staging plugin. That way your main site will remain unaffected, and you can do any kind of testing on the staging site without any worries.

On another note, not keeping all the site software updated is generally not a very good idea since it could cause all sorts of functionality issues. So you may want to take care of that once the problem at hand is solved.

I’m using this plugin but it has problems with the performance. Page speed test with and without it are very different. It loads some heavy js and slows everything.

I’m having a translation issue when using the checkout shortcode. The translation is ok at loco translate plugin, but on the website the text remains in English
I understand that the string “If you have shopped with us before, please enter your details below. If you are new customer, please proceed to te Billing section.” is showing translated at Loco Translate, but the translated version is not rendering on the site.

As per our server recommendations, WooCommerce requires PHP 7.4 and above to run smoothly. To update the PHP version please refer to:

I understand that when you are updating PHP from v7.4 to v8.1, you are getting a critical error on the site, and this is happening when WooCommerce is activated.
WooCommerce is compatible with PHP 8.1. We recommend that you first disable all plugins except WooCommerce, switch to a default theme such as Storefront, and then update PHP. The it shouldn’t be giving errors.
Once this is done, then activate the remaining plugins and the theme one by one.
You can create a duplicate/staging site to test this. Many hosting providers offer site staging facilities, but if you don’t have such a feature, you can create one with the WP Staging plugin.

The problem was that my transparent header setting in the product settings under woocommerce was enabled. Just had to switch it to customizer setting to make it look normal again.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Validate coupon against multiple products in cartI created a “Buy Item A and Get Item B 1/2 Off” coupon. The coupon should discount a fixed amount (1/2 of Item B price) when BOTH items A and B are in the cart. So I input both A and B in the “Products” field under “Restrictions” tab. But the coupon only validates against one OR the other, not BOTH! Is it really supposed to be an OR clause in play here or should it be AND, which is what the documentation appears to indicate?
To be able to correctly answer your question I need to know whether you are using a particular plugin for the coupons, or the inbuilt coupon feature in WooCommerce core?

that is a use case WooCommerce currently does not support. I wonder why the product editor allows variation sorting by drag-n-drop without applying this ordering to the frontend
