When you create the album and name it, should there be a page in the page menu section with the same name first or create the page in the menu after?
I can get the thumbnails in but there are no enlarged images when you press click here.

If I create a child theme, will I have to make all the changes on it that I made on the parent?

It came with the site.

Please, I need some answers:
1. How do I change the content of the footer. I need to add who the site has been created by, a logo and a link. I tried it in footer.php and lost the entire footer.
2. Once the child theme is installed, how do I know if it’s working?
I need to get this site finished as soon as I can, and the answers to these questions are hold up my progress.

Does the new style.css override the one in the parent directory or can I copy that one into the child directory and add the required code?

3. This theme previews fine in Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer. In Google Chrome, the new navigation removes the footer. Is there a fix for that?

Caroline, I added the navigation to the Buttercream theme through the Menu page. It took out the footer. How can I get that back in?

Is there somewhere where this information is explained in simple English for a non-techhie?
