Unfortunately, application is not yet available in Mexico. However, our development team is working on rolling out DHL Express that will be available worldwide. We are currently looking into end of November timeline to implement it.

Hi Naveeed, thank you for the feedback! At this point of time DHL plugin is only available in selected countries. It is mentioned on the description page:

“Please check, if the required DHL service is available geographically in your sender country as shown here.”

This is why you have received the message advising it is not supporting your location. We apologize for the caused inconvenience for you. The good news is that development team is working on worldwide roll-out for DHL Express, latest by September it should be available in Saudi Arabia!

Hallo Jesper and thank you for your question! Currently the DHL app is only available in selected countries – in Europe it is Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, and Austria. However DHL team is working on expending the app coverage with its DHL Express services to more countries in the future (August/September timeline).

Would you please be able to provide more information on the occurred error (with which part of the app are you integrating – DHL Paket, DHL Parcel Benelux, or DHL ecommerce; which country is store located)?
