Inserting the API key nothing happens and stays in that page.
Both, Pixabay and Pexels stays on that screen. I use the plugin with API from both for ages and suddenly it keeps asking the key but nothing happens. Inspector-consolo has erros:

instant-images.js?ver=6.1.1:1

   GET https://proxy.getinstantimages.com/api/pixabay?type=photos&test=true&per_page=5&safesearch=true&key=2275223-9a98083ef23aca23cd806e71e&page=1&version=6.1.1 500 (Internal Server Error)

I don′t know if that helps.
Before being asked. I tried with another account, in another browser, in another website. All with the same results.
I dont know what else to try ??

I do exactly like you did. Create a new site, theme 2023, install plugin.
Go to editor, click one template or site to edit and it shows the notices.
I click the cross to close them, and can navigate in all other templates without it show again. But every time I go to editor and start to edit tadah here they are again!!
So, I do not do anything different than this. I tried several ways, with other plugins installed activated, not activated no other plugins etc etc. Even different browsers. But the weird thing is that there is one ( that it is almost ready) that works just fine. And it is no different from that others I create.

Sorry, I found this after posting the same problem.
It happens in every new site I create (FSE). I use LocalWP and Laragon.
Only one site it doesn’t shows (created before). I even create one withou any plugin beside this one.

It was the last WordPress version, 6.0, and last twenty twenty-two version.
And yes, I was referring to the query loop block.
Today I was able to solve the problem. It was a conflict with one plugin. It was so difficult to fix it. Only after install again the plugin, downgraded the WordPress version to 5.9 and the 20-20-2 theme (where before everything was working fine) then delete the plugin and upgrade again to the last WP version things came back to normal again!
Cheers
