I tried doing the re-install over my cpanel, but now there is another notification once I refresh the site:

I am not sure what I did wrong, I followed all the steps as the link you shared, the only thing different was that I did this over Cpanel. So I went back and restored the files that had before.

I also tried to Reinstall the core from WP toolkit but got this notice:
