To fix that, you can add the following CSS code to your site.
.pum-theme-14258 .pum-content + .pum-close, .pum-theme-lightbox .pum-content + .pum-close { padding: 0px !important; }
You can add custom CSS to your WordPress site by going to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS from your WordPress admin area.
Once you’ve added the CSS code it should display like this now: https://share.getcloudapp.com/yAuQPw5J

Make sure you save your CSS changes and flush your WordPress caches.
Then, reload the page that’s having the issue.

If I understand it correctly, are you trying to allow 2 or more popups to display at the same time?
If yes, then you can enable that under Popup Settings > Advanced

Important Note:
By default, Popup Maker is designed to display only one popup on the screen at a time. When selected, this feature allows two or more popups to display together. Default: unchecked (off).Hope this helps.

We checked your site using an actual mobile device (an iPhone 13 pro max) and I see the ‘popup-popmake-1200’.

We think you might try checking on your mobile’s private mode browser.

If you are experiencing page speed issues, then the main reason is that you did not set any targeting conditions to the popup.
?To resolve this type of issue, targeting rule is the possible solution.
You will need to set the Targeting Condition to Pages: Selected and select a specific page where you want the popup to be triggered.

If I understand your query correctly, you want to randomly display/show the three popup on your website. Is that right?
Well, you will need to use this custom code from the link below if you want to randomly display your popups.
Here’s an example of custom code that you can tweak and try to make work for you.

In case you want the popups to display on specific date & time then you can check this premium extension plugin: Popup Scheduling Extension plugin

You can also use the Scheduling – Office Hours schedule type to indicate which day the popup will show. It will always show for the said day. Here’s an example:

Lastly, please make sure to remove the cookies on the popup settings – trigger so that the popup will always show on the selected day for the user.

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.
I checked the page using an actual iPhone device and seems I wasn’t able to replicate the issue.

You will see in my video that it didn’t jump to the top part of the popup when I click on different field.
We think you might need to clear your mobile’s caches and test on a private mode browser.

Since the theme is overriding the font styling then you can add this custom CSS to your WordPress site by going to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS from your WordPress admin area to be able to change the font color inside the popup.
.pum-content.popmake-content p { color: #2596be !important; }
You can replace the ‘#2596be’ with your own hex code color.

Make sure you save your CSS changes and flush your WordPress caches.
Then, reload the site using a browser with no extensions to check the changes.

Thanks for writing in to us and for the detailed explanation.
I checked your website and I can confirm the issues.
1) You can use your existing block builder editor, but you can still use the standard popup editor/classic editor. It will be much easier to create/edit popups, as well.
2) If you are using a third-party editor then we would suggest use the popup’s CSS class and add it as the button element’s class, or add a # to the beginning and use it as a link.
3) By default, this shouldn’t be happening. Please could you check this guide to see if this will help?: https://docs.wppopupmaker.com/article/278-why-is-my-popup-not-scrolling-properly-background-scrolling This will give you a set of possible solutions to try when the page scrolls but the popup does not.
4) When I rechecked the site, seems I wasn’t able to reproduce the scrolling being stuck. Can you send us a screen capture of it?
5) Have you tried to disable the popup’s overlay? Go to Popup Settings > Display > Advanced, tick the Disable Overlay box option. Screen recording: https://share.getcloudapp.com/7Ku6d8Gw
After that, retest using incognito mode browser to see if the issue will still persists.
