Ok thank you, so Im starting to see what I was missing in the CSS. But what would html would I put in the sidebar to grab the CSS?

Am I missing something here?

For the first block of code I need the image to be centre aligned as my side-bar is dynamic – so depending on the size of the viewer’s screen it needs to alter with the box. (I hope that makes sense!)

I will try pasting the CSS into the sidebox as you advised and hopefully that will make the code cleaner.

Admittedly, I am a little confused how I will create the urls for my new pages based on a wix.com/test but no doubt I’ll figure that out as I go!

If for example I want to design a new marieteather.com/about page. How will I do this working from a wix.com/test page?

Otherwise thanks for the XAMPP recommendation. I guess I just design it on my hard drive and then when it’s ready close down my wix account and then upload the the wordpress account? Is there a more seamless way to do this?

Thanks so much for coming back to me – and yes you understand what I want to do perfectly!

I did already try putting content on the Destination page (or whichever) & that doesn’t make any difference.

Oh well, I guess I might just to have to leave this for now until I can get a designer in to make all the fancy changes that I need.

Stupid me – I found it in settings!!

Fixed it! I added the code to the single post php.

Also, if I have now changed the reading settings to: Front page displays ‘a static post’ and not ‘Your latest posts’ does that mean my homepage will not get updated with my latest posts?
