Hi Sayontan,
Just to let you know, caching was the problem in this case. I put my feed URL to be excluded from caching and the problem seems to have been fixed. My previous deactivating and activating the Photonic plugin was probably clearing the cache in some way, so I thought that the plugin was the problem, even though it was not.
Thank you for your help and prompt responses. You are doing an amazing job with the Photonic plugin.
Kind regards,
Marija
Hi Sayontan,
I have tried disabling caching for my feed URL, putting it as an exception, so I’ll see if it solves the problem. I’ll know when I publish my next article.
Best,
Marija
Hi Sayontan,
The error is in Google Search Console –> Pages –> Blocked due to access forbidden (403). It’s just something I noticed, it could be that it has nothing to do with the RSS issue.
Anyways, thank you for taking the time to look into this and confirming that there is no problem with the plugin. I will look further into this issue and test other features on my site, such as the lazy load option.
Kind regards,
Marija
Sayontan, thank you for your quick response. I am trying to pinpoint the problem and the only thing I’ve noticed is that my new articles reach my Feedly once I deactivate and reactivate Photonic. I don’t know if it’s related in any way, but I’ve noticed that in my Google Search Console, Photonic plugin is the only thing listed under “Blocked due to access forbidden (403).” The date is November 19, 2022.
I will change the setting that you’ve suggested and see how it works.
As for the lazy load plugin, I actually don’t have one (I was using that years ago). I do have the lazy load functionality, but not through a plugin. I am striving to minimize the number of plugins, as I know they can conflict and cause problems.
Thank you for your time and help.

In reply to: [Autoptimize] Autoptimize breaks my mobile themeWhen I enable CSS, my mobile theme looks completely different (main menu looks like a list, footer as well, etc.). Even when just the first option “Optimize CSS code” is ticked. See: https://wtbstaging.wpengine.com/
When it comes to Javascript optimization, when I enable it, the theme looks good, but the mobile menu and search box on mobile are unresponsive.
Dear Sayontan Sinha,
Thank you so much for your quick and to-the-point response. I’ve managed to fix the issue! It looks much better now. The thumbnails are pretty much the same size as before, while now I have three in a row instead of one, which makes the gallery much more efficient and user-friendly.
I’m so happy that I managed to solve this quickly, thanks to your help!
Kind regards,
Marija
