This plugin is primarily aimed at?enabling users to easily run dynamic ads, and requires the checkout to happen on the website for US sites.
As the FBE support team mentioned, the only course of action would be to integrate the catalog using a different plugin.

Could you describe the setup you will be using for the CAPI a bit more?

As @arc0s mentioned, if you have any other plugins (or snippets) that are modifying the default cart/checkout behaviour they could be causing the Conversions API issue.
Could you try disabling them and then re-testing the site?

Can you have the developers disable the caching plugin, so that you can test the events yourself using the Meta Pixel Helper Chrome extension? This way you should be able to see if and why the events are failing without having to keep the plugin off for a longer period of time.

- Please send the system report, as well as an image of the error and where it appears.
Okay now I see it has something to do with the plugin not being compatible with Facebook anymore. I hope you guys fix that.
- The plugin is compatible with the app itself, were you referring Facebook checkout?

Can you try disabling Funnel Kit altogether and then trying to connect to Facebook?
