Regarding the product sync issue, please follow?the?documentation?for variable product setup?(and fix the errors in the products as they are indicated), and then try re-syncing the products. Also, can you please share the screenshot again, it is not visible in your previous message?

The newer version (4.0.0) of the plugin requires PHP 8.1.

The plugin wouldn’t run on your version of PHP. Is there a possibility of updating the version of PHP on your server?

We are sorry that using the plugin has caused issues. There was a known speed issue, which has been addressed. If you reconnect the plugin, you should not experience the slowdowns.

Can you please confirm that you have all of the permissions granted through the Business portfolio/Users and Data Sources/Catalogs pages?

There doesn’t seem to be an issue in the log that would cause this, do you mind sharing your Ad account ID or Business Manager ID via https://onetimesecret.com/ ? You can send the passphrase to [email protected].
