Hi @grandgap
We just wanted to follow up and check if you are still having issues with the plugin?
If so, please try disabling the redirect behaviour after the “Add to cart” action, or try switching to the Storefront theme and re-testing the events. Also, please confirm if the events are being duplicated when adding the product from the Homepage (via the Add to Cart button), as well as from the product page itself?
Kind regards,

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] I can’t assign pages to the business portfolioHello, and thank you for reaching out.
Since the page is not eligible, and your portfolio is blocked you can reach out to Meta support directly to ensure that your BM assets are accessible by the plugin.
Once the assets are available, you should be able to connect via the plugin.
If you have further issues with the plugin, please feel free to reach out to us.
Kind regards,

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Not sending event dataHello,
fbq(‘consent’,’revoke’) should be called when a user does not provide consent, it’s best to check?Iubenda’s?docs to see when that’s the case.
Regarding the syncing – can you see the products in the “Items” tab once you run a manual sync from the admin dashboard?

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Not sending event data “Purchase”Hello @estela24 , and thank you for reaching out.
Can you try repeating the process of re-installing/reconnecting the plugin, making sure that any cache plugins are disabled, and that the cache is cleared, and disable ad-blockers if you are using them.
If you are still not able to establish the connection, please share the Facebook for WooCommerce logs located under WooCommerce > Status > Logs using PrivateBin.
Kind regards,

We are still running tests to confirm the compatibility with WooCommerce version 9.7.1.
A new update (including the compatibility update) is planned to be released in the coming weeks.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Not sending event dataHi,
Regarding GDPR compliance – you can call fbq(‘consent’,’revoke’) in case a user does not provide consent, as blocking cookies completely will impact event tracking.
You can also test events from the Events Manager using the Test Events tool.
Kind regards,
MarijaHi Darren,
Yes, this is likely what’s blocking you from connecting to the page.
You need to assign all of the assets of the Business Portfolio as well (such as the page, catalog, pixel, etc).
- Log in as the owner of the Business Portfolio
- Go to?Users > People:
- Click “Assign assets” and Assign the assets (Page, Ad Account, Catalog, Pixel).
Here is an example of what it should look like.
Please let us know if you are now able to connect to the page.
Kind regards,
