In my functions.php I had a mod to get cf7 to work with w3 total cache which called the wpcf7_ajax_loader() function.probably the author removed/renamed the function…

The checkout page is a normal page with simply a checkout shortcode. No CPT.But at least your triggering action is also a solution for now

I had the same issue but it seems there is no option in the admin panel to do that.
One option is to remove all the search fields: In SimpleMap settings under Map Style Defaults you can check ‘No’ for the Display Search Form option.
Then use a widget, which you can set up to display only Postcode to search.Another option is to use css to hide each search option you like:
E.G. `.location_search_street_cell{
display:none;
}`
To hide the street search cell.
