Hi Mostafa, thank you for the help. There’s 1 problem with the code though. The extra information is added in the same column as the username. That means I can’t filter with the extra information. Is it possible to add the extra information as a independent colomn? And it would be great if we can export all the information about visitors to Excel. At the moment it’s not really possible to read the data.
Matomo Referrer is turned on. Unfortunately it doesn’t do the trick.

Unfortunately it still doesn’t work. The column “users” is still mostly empty.

That doesn’t work for us. Can we expect a different solution in which all existing users also become visible?
It seems that (most of) the new users are visible. But I’ve more then 300 existing users. I can’t go and delete those users and add them again as new users. Is there a solution for this?
I updated the plug-in, but unfortunately the problem isn’t fixed.

That option is enabled.
I already checked the log of the SMTP plugin. And it only sends and logs the email to the moderator (me). When an user finishes a course, they don’t get the email. And no log.
